Recently named Best Restaurant Bar in North America, Jewel of the South is looking for someone to join our culinary team. A qualified candidate will possess no less than 2 years of experience in fine dining as well as the production of tasting menus. The ideal candidate will have also travelled extensively. Sample Menu Caviar Service Black Pudding, Prune Jollop, Pickled Shallot, Daikon Radish Foie Gras Parfait, Earl Grey, Pain d’Epice Trotter Croquettes with Beer Mustard and Wally Bone Marrow Mousse, Smoked Trout Roe, “Mimosa,” Crunch Menu is ever changing and always unique to the New Orleans culinary scene. This position is a full time.
